While our core concepts remain consistent, each TP Cover we manufacture is uniquely designed and tailored to your specific project requirements. We understand that one size does not fit all, which is why we create custom TP Covers that perfectly match your needs.

When we participate in your project, we take into account your needs and the various tasks that TP Coveret must support and assist. Our TP Covers are both waterproof and functional beyond the cover's intended use. We add attachment points and load points to support your activities, adding safeguards for your protection and project success.

Our hatches are built to withstand the harshest weather conditions and protect your interior so everything stays dry. Choose between hinged or fully removable hatches, both equipped with Dansk Polyglas' specially designed handles. These handles ensure a correct fit and tension of the gaskets. Each handle is provided with a sticker to guide correct use and secure closure.

For cable pulling operations that require an extended period with the hatch open, we offer a curtain solution. This curtain is attached to the roof and side of the TP Cover and minimizes water ingress while conducting continuous operations through the hatch.

 In addition, we offer cable openings that are compatible with industry standard cable sealing solutions. The cable sealing solutions are ideal when cables must be pulled through the cover for longer periods.

Safety is essential in offshore operations and we have taken extensive steps to minimize risks. Surfaces to be used as walking areas are equipped with non-slip surface coating, which reduces the risk of slipping. Colored areas can be added to highlight walkways and emphasize the cover's intended use. 

The risk of tripping is minimized with our horizontal assembly method for larger TP Covers, where all sharp edges are eliminated to prevent cuts and scratches.

 All our hatches and features are made of transparent materials which allow natural light to enter the cover even when all hatches are closed. 

The natural light removes the need for temporary working lights doing daylight operations and reduces live cables during the fabrication and installation phase.  This minimizes the risk of power outages or tripping accidents due to missing lights and creating a safe and comfortable working environment.

To ensure a favorable working environment and reduce the risk of mold and moisture, our covers are equipped with a wind driven ventilator and a water filtration system. 

Placed on top of the TP Cover, the ventilation system maintains the waterproofness and prevents birds from entering. The system can serve as a mounting point for navigation lights or other equipment.

We also offer a auxiliary systems for ventilation that support the ventilation under the cover and reduces the build-up of hazards fumes and assist the exchange of air.

If the TP is lifted using lifting lugs, which must be installed on the flange, we make cutouts in our TP Covers that have direct contact between the TP and the lifting lugs. 

To ensure a 100% waterproof solution and protect the equipment against offshore weather conditions, a lifting lug cover is offered to cover the lifting eyes. These boxes are designed to fit over the lifting eyes and attach on top of the cover without the use of tools.
