Optimized design for easy transport

TP Covers up to 7.1 meters are supplied as a complete unit that is easy to transport. Our Covers are designed to be stackable, enabling efficient transport and simple handling.

We offer two frame types:

Steel-reinforced wooden frames: Ideal for road and sea transport

Our wood steel reinforced frames are specifically designed for road transport – and to move the stack of covers for sea transport if necessary. The frames guarantee safe transport and make the items easy to handle.

Steel frames: In accordance with offshore wind standards

We offer steel frames designed and manufactured according to industry standards. These frames are specially built for offshore transport, installation and removal of covers. They are designed to be safety approved for offshore lifting and installation and are optimized for stacking function, which ensures the easiest and most efficient handling during transit.

 

Efficient transport for larger TP Covers

For TP Covers over 7.1 meters we have implemented a split design consisting of three main parts: a middle part and two outer parts. This division optimizes transport options. The middle part requires a special truck for transport, while the two outer parts can be transported with standard trucks or containers. 

This makes global transport easier, and a simple assembly of the cover only needs to be done when the destination is reached. As part of our commitment to quality, we supply all necessary equipment and jigs for assembly. Each cover is test-assembled before it leaves Dansk Polyglas, which guarantees a perfect fit and reduces the risk of assembly errors. If you want to receive assembled TP Covers, or want us to be responsible for the assembly, this is an option.
