On 1 May 2024, Claus Steen Nielsen took office as the new managing director and co-owner of Dansk Polyglas A/S. Claus Steen Nielsen has previously held management positions as managing director at Dansk Stålmontage A/S and is a former factory manager at Dana Technology and technical manager at E. Aabo Andersen.

He thus brings a deep managerial experience, as well as a strong technical insight from project-oriented companies.

Gustav Fløe Møller has over 10 years of experience in the offshore industry with seven years in sales and marketing. In addition to being responsible for both sales and external marketing, Gustav is specialized in the technique, process and material selection that underlies Dansk Polyglas A/S's projects.

Martin Jensen has experience in technical project management from among the food and offshore industries. He is passionate about well-executed engineering and giving every customer in the house the best process from idea development to delivery.

Dat Nguyen is a QHSE specialist and has six years of experience in the wind industry. Dat works with QAQC and is the person responsible for getting Dansk Polyglas certified.

Kurt Nielsen is our technical guru, walking composite encyclopedia and our Technical Director. His father, Knud Nielsen, founded the company. Kurt has been the driving force behind Dansk Polyglas A/S for the past 20 years, and with his 30 years of experience with composites, design and manufacturing, he has helped to change Dansk Polyglas significantly.

In addition to his role as Technical Director, Kurt is also associated with Dansk Polyglas as a shareholder and active board member.

As production manager, Ulrik Schulz is responsible for all production going as planned. He ensures the quality of the products, and has day-to-day responsibility for the factory's production team. Ulrik has a background as a trained tinsmith and was previously a team leader for KEN HYGEINE SYSTEMS A/S.
