We plan, design, manufacture and supply components in fiberglass composite material for both the offshore industry and the general industry. Our projects include everything from small items as window protection to 10+ meters TP Covers. We have a team of specialists and engineers who are used to calculating and producing prototypes and creating project plans for a wide customer group that extends all over the world. No glassfiber composite project is too big or small for us. Whether your project involves a single production or large mass-produced materials, we are used to handling everything from the design of prototypes to manufacturing and delivery.

 

We have facilities to take care of projects ranging from 1 – or 10 meter large constructions

With an area of almost 4,500 m2, we have the opportunity to handle projects of almost all sizes. Our TP Covers are created in a factory hall of 1,600 m2, where we have special equipment to handle TP Covers up to 10 meters high.

The hall is in daily use for TP cover manufacturing but can be used for production of other large components. The work area, 15 x 45 meter is covered by a 2 x 6-ton crane and state of the art ventilation and heating.

The site is built with the environment in mind - Central heating, increased insulation to minimized consumption and ventilation system, flexible to the hall use and production type

 

Safety is our first priority

Safety is our first priority and most important responsibility. All materials, processes and functions are safety approved, verified and tested before leaving the factory. 

The focus on safety can also be seen in our project planning, which is prepared in detail and in collaboration with the customer. Here, we assess the consequences and risks of everything, from production, over transport and installation and doing use and decommisioning.

Composite for the offshore industry

Composite material is resistant to corrosion and is not affected by oxidation processes, moisture, chemicals or harsh environmental conditions in the same way as metals.

We supply products in composite for customers all over the world and manufacture both standard models and special-purpose items such as TP covers for the offshore wind industry.
